MySolid is a service of Solid Security, a company that provides a complete security solution for businesses. Our solution includes a live video surveillance system with two-way communication, a telephone alarm system with voice and text messaging, and a smart-phone application that provides access to the alarm system.
Our solution is completely mobile, which means that it does not require any fixed hardware, but only mobile phones, and the software is completely free.
The application provides two-way communication between the users and the monitoring station, allowing users to easily view the video feed from any place and at any time. It also allows users to send and receive messages, as well as make calls, to and from any of the monitoring station agents. The application also allows users to view the video feed of the protected locations and to send and receive messages to and from the agents at the monitoring station.
The application also allows users to set a PIN code to both the notification and the cancellation of the alarm. This is necessary in order to prevent the alarm from being canceled by someone other than the user.
